MBE Worldwide Acquires the Multicopy Brand from Franchise Services, Inc.
Leading communications company in the Netherlands will round out MBE’s global footprint.
Franchise Services, Inc. announces the sale of its Multicopy brand to MBE Worldwide (“MBE”). MBE, headquartered in Milan, Italy, is a leading third-party provider of shipping, fulfillment, print and marketing solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses and consumers via a network of independently owned and operated franchised locations that include Mail Boxes Etc., AlphaGraphics, PostNet, Spedingo.com, Print Speak and Pack & Send brands.

Franchise Services, Inc., has a 50-year history of serving the small- to medium-sized business market through its family of brands that include Sir Speedy, PIP Printing, Signal Graphics and TeamLogic IT. The company acquired the Multicopy brand in 1996. At that time, Multicopy was the largest network of business printing centers in Europe and included locations in the Netherlands, France, Austria and Poland. Multicopy’s first franchise location opened in Amsterdam, Holland in 1972.
