Management Team

Don Lowe is the Chairman of Franchise Services,LLC. He oversees all Franchise Services companies. Lowe's 47-year career in franchising started as Senior Vice President for Kampgrounds of America (KOA). He then served as President of Sir Speedy from 1981 to 1996. Under his leadership, Sir Speedy was recognized as a Franchise of the Year by the IFA. Lowe has been inducted into the Sales & Marketing Executives International Academy of Achievement Hall of Fame and was featured as "Man of the Year" in Quick Printing magazine. He also plays an active role in the printing industry; he was a member of the Electronic Document Systems Foundation Board of Directors from 2001-2008.

Richard Lowe is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Franchise Services, LLC. Lowe has more than 30 years experience with many Franchise Services brands serving as President of Sir Speedy, Director of Copies Now, Vice President of franchise services and Senior Vice President of the print management group. Lowe started his career in the printing industry as a copy products sales representative for Eastman Kodak.

Tom Muller joined Franchise Services in October 2022 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of financial experience working for and with some of the most respected companies in the world including Dole, Fidelity, and Toyota. Tom is a licensed attorney and CPA and also holds an MBA.

David Robidoux joined the company in 2008 bringing with him more than 30 years of sales and marketing expertise including both offline and online strategy with a focus on integrated marketing, brand management and digital media. Previously, David was responsible for marketing at several public and private companies including tenure at a well-respected branding agency. Before his executive post with Franchise Services, David oversaw marketing communications and online/e-commerce strategy at First American CoreLogic.

David Rice serves as the Chief Operations Officer. He first joined the company in 1998 as a Business Management Consultant and has been one-on-one servicing franchisees in the strategies and tactics of sales, marketing, operations and production. He has extensive experience in both printing and franchising. Prior to joining the company he started his career as a pressman, grew to managing multiple locations and then becoming vice president of a Top 100 printing company.

Denise Denton was appointed Vice President of Marketing in January 2018. Prior to this she was the Assistant Vice President of Marketing Communications since March 2015. She is responsible for the development and training of all marketing programs and materials as well as all internal and external communications. Denise first joined Franchise Services in 2004 as a Marketing Communications Manager and then Director of Marketing. Earlier in her career she worked in software development, art publishing and hotel casino industries.

Kelly Kimberlin first joined the company in 2000 as the Director of e-Business. Prior to his current role, he served as the Director of Research and Development and Assistant Vice President of Strategic Development. He is responsible for new business development, strategic partnerships and developing new products and services for the Print Management Group franchise networks. Previously, Kimberlin served as Director of Sales and Marketing and other management positions in the printing industry.

Edward Mendoza joined the company in 2006 and is responsible for its worldwide technology operations and day-to-day management of all IT functions. He leads the company in technology strategy, planning, procurement, and development. Previously, he was a managing owner in a memory manufacturing company and had held senior level management positions at several public and private companies

Dan Shapero has served as president of TeamLogic IT since March 2018. He has held executive positions at Ingram Micro Cloud, Kaseya, Avamar (EMC), Vicinity (Microsoft), State of the Art (Sage) and Platinum Software Corporation (Epicor). He founded and owns ClikCloud Digital Marketing. Dan is a past member of the CompTIA Board of Directors and is a frequent speaker on topics including managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, business transformation and digital marketing.

Lee Dye joined TeamLogic IT in February 2018. He is responsible for franchisee training and support. Lee has 25 years of operations experience and previously worked for franchise startup, MWGMedia as vice president of operations and development, GNC as director of US franchise stores, Hollywood Entertainment as district manager and district operations manager for CSK Automotive.

Gary Tousseau joined TeamLogic IT in January 2023, where he oversees Managed Services and Technology. With over 25 years of experience in IT, Gary has held key leadership roles, including National Manager of the Professional Services Project Management Office at All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions. His prior positions also include Manager of Acquisitions and Service Delivery, and Operations Manager for the West Coast.

Patrick Spaan joined TeamLogic IT in 2014 as director of franchise development. He is responsible for the development of the TeamLogic IT network of franchises. Previously he worked as director of franchise development for Griswold Home Care, director of franchise development with Floor Coverings International and director and corporate officer at Express Personnel. His early career included a 5-year run as a PGA golf professional.
