across more than 118,000 independent computer repair firms. This brought to light a
clear-cut opportunity – the computer services market needed an organized, branded and trusted leader.
The Making of a Franchise
Research regarding how typical small businesses deal with computer problems
and how they went about selecting IT service companies to help them with their
needs uncovered a core challenge: Business owners struggled to communicate directly
with computer technicians. Overcoming this obstacle would create a competitive distinction.
A Growing Reputation
In 2006, after further research, business model development and testing,
TeamLogic IT was born. Since its inception, TeamLogic IT has not only been
embraced by entrepreneurs and customers across the nation, it has also been
