The dedicated, experienced leaders of FSI have over 200 years of franchise experience. Along with the best systems and finest technology, our leadership is coupled with a desire to share with our franchisees the daily excitement of directing and building winners together.

Don Lowe
Chief Executive Officer

Don Lowe is the CEO of Franchise Services, Inc. He oversees all FSI companies. Lowe's 40-year career in franchising started as Senior Vice President for Kampgrounds of America (KOA). He then served as President of Sir Speedy from 1981 to 1996. Under his leadership, Sir Speedy was recognized as a Franchise of the Year by the IFA. Lowe has been inducted into the Sales & Marketing Executives International Academy of Achievement Hall of Fame and was featured as "Man of the Year" in Quick Printing magazine. He also plays an active role in the printing industry; he was a member of the Electronic Document Systems Foundation Board of Directors from 2001-2008.

Richard Lowe
President and Chief Operating Officer

Richard Lowe is the president and Chief Operating Officer of Franchise Services, Inc. Lowe has more than 25 years experience with many Franchise Services brands serving as President of Sir Speedy, Director of Copies Now, Vice President of franchise services and Senior Vice President of the print management group. Lowe started his career in the printing industry as a copy products sales representative for Eastman Kodak. He is a member of the Sales & Marketing Executives International Association (SMEI), and chairman of the board for the Electronic Document Scholarship Foundation (EDSF).

Gerard Slot - Managing Director, Franchise Services Europe
Gerard Slot joined the team in 1996 with the acquisition of MultiCopy Europe. He brings over 35 years of international management experience in European franchising and graphic services. With a revenue of over $ 70 million, MultiCopy is the leading graphic communication franchise concept in The Netherlands with the intention for further European expansion. Slot is also responsible for the roll out of TeamLogic IT® in Europe. Slot is member of the board of the Royal Dutch Association of Graphic Companies.

Chuck Lennon
President, TeamLogic IT®

Chuck Lennon has been president of TeamLogic IT® since its inception in 2005. Previously, he was vice president of marketing for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc. a global franchise training company providing technical training to businesses around the world. Lennon also served as vice president of marketing for Sir Speedy, Inc. and held a variety of advertising positions in the greater New York City area, and was a small business franchise owner early in his career. Lennon is a past board member of CompTIA and current Chairman of the Board for their Creating IT Futures Foundation.

Frank Picarello
Chief Operating Officer, TeamLogic IT®

Frank Picarello joined Franchise Services in 2013 to expand the technology roadmap for TeamLogic IT®. He started his career with IBM Global Services then held senior level management positions with MicroAge, Nortel Networks and All Covered. Most recently he ran his own managed services consulting company and held the position of COO at CMIT Solutions. Picarello has extensive expertise in managed services, business operations, sales and innovation.

Daniel Conger
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Dan Conger was appointed Chief Financial Officer upon joining the company in 1992. Previously, he was Vice President of Finance for Vans, Inc. and served in several senior management capacities with companies such as Western Digital, Emerson Electric and Unisys. Conger has vast experience in financial management, mergers & acquisitions, treasury and equity restructure.

Dan Beck
Executive Vice President, Franchise Support and Training

Dan Beck serves as FSI's Executive Vice President, Franchise Support and Training. He manages all franchisee-facing training activities on topics ranging from business management, technology, workflow and network-wide initiatives. Beck assumed his current role in 2008 after serving as President and COO of Imaging Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Franchise Services, since 2005. His early career started at FSI's sister company, Kampgrounds of America (KOA), where he held several management positions including Vice President of Franchise Sales. In 1986 Dan joined the Sir Speedy team and has held multiple management positions.

John Bowen
Vice President, Business Development and International Operations

John Bowen joined the company in 2008 as Vice President of Business Development and International Operations. He first started working for Sir Speedy in the early 1980s as Assistant to then President, Don Lowe, and was Managing Director of the Sir Speedy master license in the U.K. prior to returning to New Zealand to work in a senior management position for Kodak. Bowen has started and run his own company and has been a Director of a number of SMEs. He holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Christian Lau
Vice President, Information Technology

Christian Lau joined Franchise Services in 2004. He is responsible for the company's worldwide technology operations including day-to-day management of all IT functions. He leads the company's efforts for technology strategy and planning, procurement, development, and project management. Lau has over 15 years of international business and technology management experience. Prior to joining Franchise Services he held management positions in the publishing and media industries at several companies, including Harcourt Education, Reed Elsevier PLC and Jupiter Media (PictureArts).

David Robidoux
Vice President, Marketing

David Robidoux joined the company in 2008 bringing with him more than 25 years of sales and marketing expertise in both offline and online strategy including integrated marketing, branding, web, mobile, search (SEO/SEM), direct and content marketing. Previously, David was responsible for marketing at several public and private companies including overseeing marketing communications and online/ecommerce strategy at First American CoreLogic and, prior to that, marketing communications at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.

Kelly Kimberlin
Vice President, Technology Development

Kelly Kimberlin first joined the company in 2000 as the Director of e-Business. Prior to his current role, he served as the Director of Research and Development and Assistant Vice President of Strategic Development. Kimberlin sits on Konica's Customer Council and provides feedback from the company’s print management group network on products and services. Previously, Kimberlin was the Director of Sales and Marketing for a large service bureau and managed a commercial offset printing company.
